We always take extreme care to ensure that information shared in online consulting sessions is relevant, thus we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.
In case the audio glitches are there please inform at start of session for a reschedule. In case on non-attendance at scheduled time we will not provide any refund. If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your session please write to us at shammi.shankar@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 9:30am to 5pm (except on Public holidays) If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, you can do so till 24hrs in advance.
